Project Overview
Dr Abdul Kalam Auditorium is located in Mahindra University, Bahudurpally, Hyderabad. This auditorium has been designed for a capacity of 1000+ seats and is utilised for multi-purpose events such as presentations, ceremonials, performances, public speeches, and as a learning space.

Good acoustics and clear audio communication between the stage and seating area.

What key challenges were faced?
The large space required easy communication between the audience and people on stage.
How were those challenges resolved?
Since the space was predominantly used by students and professors, every row of the auditorium was provided with boundary layer mics on the side walls with look-at-me features.

The design exceeded the client’s expectations, and the space is used almost every day.
